Day at the Beach

Family Vacation

Just got back from " vacation" . We visited Ocean City Maryland and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The Atlantic Seashore is so different from our beaches along the Gulf of Mexico...

( Alabama & Florida). It was fun though.... Boardwalk, Salt Water Taffy, Amusement Parks,

and Mini Golf , then of course the beach ( uh, I mean the " shore" ) . Hear are a few pictures.

Me Time!

This never ever ever happens... My husband takes the boys fishing this evening, I guess they left around 6:30 ish. Madelyn is tired, because of no nap today and she goes to sleep around 7 :30 ( woo hoo!) So I get crazy in my scrap room...set with 3 or 4 things going on at once!

( cause this NEVER happens!) Fish must have been biting, they didn't get back untill 9:30!

I love it! I am not a social cropper... well, because that is what I mainly do at them ( crops)...

"socialize" and get nothing accomplished! I always enjoy the company though! So, this was great! My own private, uninterrupted crop on a Friday night!

Teacher Gifts

The mini lunch box is a gift for Jackson's teacher. I found this lunch box at Jo Ann's for only $1

It happened to be her favorite colors.. blue and red, and I happened to have the perfect coordinating paper ( Daisy D) to alter it with. I made 16 notecards to place on the inside.

For Grant's Preschool teachers, I cut circle foam pieces ( craft foam) and just made a little book

and let him decorate it with stickers & write his name! Next project on my list.... Annette's birthday! Can't wait!
